To cherish everyone's smiles, you will engage in front desk operations with a spirit of hospitality. - Front reception duties such as check-in/check-out - Handling accommodation reservations via phone and internet - Data entry work - Information desk duties Requirements: - No educational background required, we welcome inexperienced applicants - Advanced level Japanese proficiency (Business level N2 to N1) - Must have a lovely smile and be able to perform basic computer operations - Long-term employment is preferred Salary and Benefits: - Salary: 1,400 yen per hour, 224,000 yen per month (varies by working hours) - Holidays: 2 days off per week, more than 110 days off annually - Transportation expenses: Fully covered - Benefits: Complete social insurance, regular employee recruitment system, work visa support, bonuses two or more times a year Working Hours: - Shift system (includes early, late, and night shifts) - Actual working hours of 8 hours, with shifts that may require 10 hours of availability
